Our Residence is located on the Costa Degli Etruschi in the southern part of San Vincenzo.

This bathing establishment provides umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs, director's chairs, showers and games.
It will also offer you these services free of charge: single canoes, double canoes, pedal boats with slide, rigid mattresses to relax on the water, beach volleyball net in the sea, giant spring games for children, inflatable floating trampoline, rocking boat and free Wi-fi.
For beach customers the inflatable games can be used sea permitting.
Our Residence has in front of it a large bike path located 50 mt. far on "strada della Principessa" that will lead you easily, and with only 5 minutes walk, directly at the beginning of the center of San Vicenzo and to the tourist harbor.
By bike you can reach the Etruscan beauties of Populonia, Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto, renowned for the many restored medieval monuments, where during the summer season are organized many events like the Apritiborgo Festival and others historical re-enactments.
We are also very close to the uncontaminated beach of Rimigliano, and finally to some shops such as bars, newsagents, grocery stores like Coop, Conad or restaurants/pizzeria locate on the sea shore and near our structure, all within walking distance.
The Parco Archeominerario, located on the road connecting San Vincenzo and Campiglia Marittima, is worth a visit for the medieval excavations, the museum and the tunnel in the mine, which can be visited with a small train.
From the new Port of San Vincenzo, ferries leave for the nearby island of Elba and the beautiful island of Capraia for unforgettable excursions and trips.
On the other hand, for lovers of good wine, it is possible to take guided tours with organized tastings in the nearby wineries of Bolgheri, Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto, that are part or the route called "Strada del Vino".
In the Bolgheri some of the best red wines in the world are produced: like Sassicaia and Ornellaia, the so called "SuperTuscans".
Bolgheri also organizes the Bolgheri Melody which includes theatre, music and wine, without considering events for children.
In front of our structure there is a large playground with a lot of attractions, inflatables and nets for a rich and healthy amusement for your children and inside there is a restaurant, a pizzeria and a bar.
Just 3 minutes by car from our structure (about 20/25 minutes on foot), you can find a beautiful and equipped Dog Beach that will be happy to take care of your pet dog.
